It's a collection of 50 pieces of advice for start-ups, all of them three words (as the title suggests). I think it's worth a look. Some of my favorites:
- Defer renting space.
- Sell something today.
- Respect your competitors.
- Cancel unnecessary meetings.
My least favorite:
- Avoid business plans.
